Good start. Good descriptions--captured the moment. Ending too predictable though. Still, has potential.

Water deep green

Dock slightly rocking

My sister laughing

Playing with the big kids

Big fish

Glints silver

Catches my eye

So close

I want it

Want to catch it

Reach down

Grab it

Scared

Darkness

Green above

Hands paddling, feet kicking

Choking

Can’t breathe

Sinking

Hand high, reaching

Lifted

Light

Safe

Dad’s arms
